The North Florida Lions Eye Foundation recently awarded $15,000 to College of Medicine researchers, William Dawson, Ph.D., a professor of ophthalmology and physiology, and Tim Garrett, director of the General Clinical Research Center Core Laboratory, for their studies on the development of age-related diseases in the eyes of primates.
