Nov. 24, 2020 — Epic users should be familiar with Citrix — it’s the interface used for Epic Production Hyperspace as well as other applications.

The customer-facing Citrix application storefront (https://citrix.shands.org/ and https://mycitrix.shands.org/) will get a subtle face-lift the evening of Wednesday, Dec. 2.

After logging in, you’ll see a few changes:

• Your app library will have smaller icons for a more condensed look.
• Instead of your username at the top right of the screen, you’ll see a “settings” gear icon you can click to change your password and so on.
• The search bar will remain in the top-right corner with a slightly different look.

Your apps will still appear in alphabetical order. Any other changes are minimal and not likely to be noticed or cause issues.
