Don’t surrender: Fight the flu
Faculty and staff are encouraged to receive their flu vaccine at no cost through Occupational Health Services
Sept. 14, 2020 — Beginning Sept. 14, UF Health Physicians employees; UF College of Medicine faculty physicians, residents and fellows; and credentialed ARNPs, physician assistants and medical staff are encouraged to receive their flu vaccine at no cost through Occupational Health Services, or OHS. Your official ID badge — with a bar code and your employee ID on the back — and proof of insurance are required at time of service.
Check the Vaccinations by Department link on Flu Central to find dates and times for your team or visit the Flu Outreach Event Registration portal to schedule an online appointment.
Flu shots are also available for no cost at external locations, such as UF Health Medical Plaza, UF Health Pharmacy – Springhill, CVS and Publix. Proof of vaccination can be submitted to your unit’s appointed representative who will provide a flu 2020-21 sticker.
