The University of Florida’s College of Medicine in Jacksonville is hosting the Internal Medicine Update 2015 on Feb. 6-8. The conference will focus on current topics in internal medicine and will provide an overview of nearly 20 conditions, diseases, and treatments.

Internal medicine and primary care physicians will learn about practical and timely clinical recommendations and guidelines for many themes within their field. This conference will provide a summary of the most pressing of these themes, all in the course of one weekend.

By the end of this activity, participants will be able to identify evidence based diagnostic and treatment modalities for a variety of medical disorders, discuss a variety of diagnostic and treatment dilemmas, and be more confident in indications for and performing common procedures.

The UF Internal Medicine Update will be held at the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront Hotel in Jacksonville, Florida. Additionally, discounted reservations for accommodations at this hotel are available to participants.
