April 15, 2014 — May is National Stroke Awareness Month. Shands Rehab Hospital, a CARF accredited stroke specialty hospital, is hosting a stroke fair for anyone interested in learning about stroke from prevention to rehabilitation.

Come and assess your stroke risk, learn about local stroke research, find out about the latest stroke rehabilitation treatments and get connected with local support groups. Free stroke risk assessments, prizes and refreshments will be available.
