The COM strikes Gator gold with the Insider

The College of Medicine’s Insider electronic newsletter won a Golden Gator award at the recent University of Florida Communications Network retreat.

Each year, communicators across campus submit samples of printed and multimedia pieces to be judged by their peers and come together in hopes of taking home a Golden or Silver Gator award. The annual Golden Gator awards recognize UF faculty and staff for excellence in communications in 12 categories. All gathered at Pugh Hall for this year’s retreat on Friday, March 13 to celebrate the award winners, network with peers and share ideas.

The Health Science Center Office of News and Communications won seven awards in five categories, including electronic media, news release, photography, print newsletter and brochure.
